Meet Judge Candidate Sadia Covert - A MAGA Judge We Don't Need in DuPage County

If you read her campaign literature from MAGA sympathizer Sadia Covert - Democrat Candidate for DuPage County Judicial Subcircuit #2, you might just come away with the impression that she can be a trusted Democratic voice on the bench.

But, don't be fooled.

Sadia Covert currently sits on the DuPage County Board (collecting a big paycheck and fat cat pension for barely doing any work) where she has a verifiable, known voting record.

Guess what?  She votes with the MAGA Republicans (Face it, that's all that's left of the GOP) on the DuPage County Board 80% of the time.  EIGHTY PERCENT OF THE TIME!

Imagine that.  MAGA extremism is alive and well. And enabled by politicans like Sadia Covert.

Do we need more MAGA Judges?  Absolutely not.  But that's what we can expect with a 6-year track record of a politician voting with MAGA Republicans 80% of the time.

Know this:  If elected, Sadia Covert will be a MAGA Judge like Amy Coney Barrett.

DuPage Democrats Don't Need an Amy Coney Barrett on the Bench, do we?

That's the very reason why DuPage Democrats aren't supporting her.  Just look at her list of endorsements.  Recognize any of those names?  Me neither.

That's a lot like Senator Ted Cruz, isn't it?  None of his colleagues in the Senate like him.

Sadia Covert is the Ted Cruz of DuPage County.  Even her colleagues don't support her.

But, she's also not ready to be a judge.  So says the DuPage County Bar Association (DCBA).

What did they have to say about Sadia Covert?  She's "Not Presently Recommended".

And, the powers-that-be had their chance to appoint her to associate judge.  But, just like the rest of the Senators in DC with Ted Cruz, they knew bette and don't think she's right for the job. And didn't appoint her.

Don't vote for this MAGA Republican judge in Democrat's clothing.

There's a better choice: (Real) Democrat Judge Jennifer Brown.  She's endorsed by the vast majority of DuPage Dems.  And won't be a MAGA, partisan ideologue on the Bench.

Meet Judge Christine Cody - MAGA Enabler, Thinks She Deserves Three Pensions and A Lavish Lifestyle Funded By You

If you live in Naperville, Downers Grove, Woodridge or Lisle and are voting in the March 2024 Democratic Primary, you have a choice for Judge. Candidate 1:  Voted in GOP Primaries until 2018, has made close to $1000 of campaign contributions to Illinois Republican (MAGA) Judges re-election efforts.  And wants you - the taxpayer - to fund a lavish lifestyle AND retirement to the tune of $432,000.00 a year.  You read that right, one candidate thinks that you - the taxpayer - should pay close to half-a-millon dollars a year in salary to one household in DuPage County.  She's already in line for a cushy retirement with two pensions in her household.  Now, she's desperate for a third.  Can you say: "Winters at Mar-A-Lago"?? Candidate 2:  Current, sitting DuPage County Circuit Court Judge who was vetted and appointed by a unanimous (bi-partisan) vote of the Illinois Supreme Court.  Is "Highly Recommended" to serve as Judge by the DuPage County Bar Asso...

Democrat Primary Election Details - March 2024

2024 General Primary Election Date: Tuesday, March 19, 2024 The polls open at 6:00 am and close at 7:00 pm. You can look up your election-day polling place via this link . Vote by Mail ballots will be mailed out on/around mid-February and need to be postmarked no later than Election Day in order to be counted. There are contested Democratic primary elections for Coroner, Recorder and importantly in two critical Judicial Subcircuits - Subcircuit 2 (Naperville, Aurora, Warrenville) and Subcircuit 3 (Naperville, Downers Grove, Woodridge, Lisle). It may seem like this isn't an important election, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Also, a guy who wouldn't accept election results and is a perennial candidate who is desperate to hang on to that sweet pension on the Republican side - Bob Grogan - is running unopposed in the Republican Primary for Auditor.  Again.
